Database and Modelling

The outstanding application flexibility found in databases, makes them ideal contenders for managing the most diverse set of client specific performance and imaging requirements. Conceived training objectives play a major role during the design phase of the simulator imaging databases, because high-resolution, realistically looking detailed textures, models and objects are especially important for training infantry soldiers, reconnaissance troops, special forces and police units. Candidates rely heavily on rapid access to detailed scenery material to aid in the assessment and decision making process. When the system is set for maximum performance, using a lower polygon count, a good realistic perception can still be attained using high resolution textured images.
